I attended this unit, very clean and everyone was very helpful friendly and efficient and a place you would send your family to if they needed care.
Arrived at CMTC at 0730 and left about 1600 so it was a long day. The staff on duty, both medical and auxiliary could not be faulted for the care, respect and information they all gave me in their various roles.
A great team, would recommend you to anyone.
Thank you all of you.
WOW! I have been treated by a number of different trusts over the years for various health issues but I've never had such amazing care.
I was originally admitted as an emergency patient in Early March and stayed in hospital for 4 nights. Gallstones were the problem so I was added to a waiting list and expected a wait of 2-3 months. Fortunately, a week ago Louise in the admissions team called to offer me a place at Halton hospital today (11/4). Thank you so much Louise for this!
Halton Hospital, despite being slightly spooky and quiet was amazing! The ward (B4) was clean and tidy, the staff especially the lovely student nurses were great! It was so nice to be able to have the opportunity to chat with these lovely girls who will make amazing nurses one day soon! Thank you so much to all of you for the care today. It was so nice to be treated like a human being for a change. You have completely restored my trust and faith in the NHS, a service that has let me down so many times before.
I'd also like to thank Dr Kaylea Clark in Warrington, for taking the time on what was clearly a busy few shifts for taking the time to pop and see me.
Finally, the porters at Warrington hospital who don't get as much praise as they should were amazing. They really made me smile when I was in a lot of pain. These guys are the unspoken heroes of the hospital and do great jobs!
Finally, Mr Sarfraz, an amazing surgeon. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much to WHH for the amazing treatment I've had by everyone involved in my care!
Excellent treatment and very professionally run. One problem was the X-Ray scanner was broken, but I went to Warrington for that. The staff at Halton were really friendly and caring. I didn't wait long at all and over-all was very impressed indeed.
quick appointment - not long to wait
staff very pleasant and interested
could do with working change machines for car park fees at both enterances
on arrival on the ward greeted by cheerful and member of staff
and was taken to the bay and bed where my treatment was going to administered. All the time I was receiving my treatment was asked frequently about my state and nothing was too much trouble. On the first visit the nursing staff stayed till way passed their finishing time till I got transport back to Warrington Hospital. All I can say further is st class treatment.
The care was superb and nothing too much trouble for the nursing staff.
Sue and Ravi are absolutely fantastic, they always remember previous conversations, which makes you feel valued and are so warm and welcoming. Every member of the team that we have come across during the 12 months of my son's treatment have been absolute superstars and should be the model for other Orthodontic departments in the UK.
The nurse's&staff that looked after us were very helpful&caring but they don,t have the time to stay with you all the time.I would like to see a T.V or Radio in the ward. I would like to give a Big Thank You to Everybody that looked after me while i was on ward b4 on Tuesday morning 8th again thank you.
I loved the walk-in convenience. Waiting times published and honoured. Welcoming staff and once seen, competent and left me feeling confident in their care and treatment. Would have appreciated information about keeping dressing site clean/dry rather than me asking a load of questions. Staff were friendly and responsive.
